Beginner Aerial Flowing and Flying
New to Aerial Flowing and Flying? Join our beginner-level Aerial Flowing and Flying class and learn the fundamental skills needed for safe aerial practice. In this class, you’ll discover the basics of Aerial Flowing and Flying, get familiar with the sling (hammock) and lyra (aerial hoop), and enjoy a fully supported experience designed to stretch, strengthen and help you fly! Move through a series of simple seated, standing and inverted skills and poses to build fun movement sequences on both the sling and lyra. Class ends with conditioning and an extended savasana inside your aerial sling.
No experience needed!

Intermediate/Advanced Aerial Flowing and Flying
Ready to step it up a notch? This intermediate/advanced Aerial Flowing and Flying class is designed for those ready to test the limits of their skills. Each class encourages you to explore complex aerial moves and sequences that elevate your practice and confidence. Leave the comfort of the ground behind and explore intricate aerial wraps, challenging twists, and tricky transitions in a variety of poses beyond traditional aerial yoga. Flow through dynamic drills and learn skills that build upper body strength, enhance core stability, and improve coordination and body awareness.
This is an intermediate/advanced level class. Students must be comfortable with inverting and doing basic wraps.

Mommy and Me Aerial Flowing and Flying
Join us as we celebrate MOM with a fun mother and child Aerial Flowing and Flying class this Mother’s Day weekend! Flow through aerial sling (hammock) and lyra (aerial hoop) poses with mom by your side! Each mother and child will have an opportunity to flow and fly side by side, and then together in playful partner poses. Focus on flowing together, having fun, and flying! No aerial experience is necessary. Perfect for kids aged 6 and up.

Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga is a guided flow that connects breath with movement in a steady sequence of postures. It’s a great way to build strength and flexibility while moving at a mindful pace, making it accessible for both new and experienced students. This class is an Ashtanga-inspired flow that draws from the primary and secondary series, adapted to be accessible and energizing for all levels.
Buti Yoga 60 minutes
Buti Yoga incorporates classic poses and asanas, including vinyasa-style yoga, adding tribal-like dance moves, and plyometric or jump training. The new yoga craze gained traction for its combination of traditional yoga poses with bursts of cardio-intensive, plyometric movements.
DEEP in the Heat 87
DEEP in the heat is at 87 degrees - Buti style yoga based restorative class uses micro-movements and crossbody touch and massage with intentional music to activate and reconnect the brain hemispheres to the DEEPest layers of the hips, core and pelvic floor muscles, while balancing the fascial lines with slow, DEEP stretches after specific activations. There is no cardio in this class.
Gentle Yoga (non heated)
Gentle Yoga is designed to be in grounded or standing postures that gently stretch and strengthen your body. The goal is to connect to your body and mind through gentle movement. There are no high intensity portions of a gentle yoga class.
Hot 26/2 75 Minutes
HOT 26/2 (Bikram style) consists of 26 poses done two times. 13 standing and 13 seated poses. Class available for all levels. The room is heated to 105 degrees with infrared heat panels and 40% humidity.
Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates is a series of movements on a mat, designed to strengthen the core, improve stability and flexibility. Weights can be incorporated, along with stretching and strengthening exercises. The room is heated to 95 degrees.
Hot Pilates HIIT
This one hour class involves a traditional Pilates warmup, followed by sets of faster, Pilates movements used in HIIT style format. You'll still find your favorite Pilates moves, but they will be used in a timed intervals at a quick, repetitive pace. A typical class will include 2 circuits, each with 6 exercises, repeated 2 times. To add intensity hand weights, bands and yoga blocks may be used. The result is a full-body workout that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances cardiovascular fitness. Will be heated at 95 degrees and 40% humidity. You will love this class!
Kids Yoga
It's all about teaching kiddos to be proud of themselves. We'll tell stories, play games, and strike poses to get them moving and breathing in ways that will help them feel strong in their bodies and confident in their minds.
Ages 6-10
Parents: While your child takes a yoga class, you can check out the classes for adults!
New to Yoga Beginner Class
This class is for the beginner or anyone that needs the opportunity to slow down and learn how to get into postures correctly and safely. This class is available for all students of all levels, no matter how experienced they are.
Power Vinyasa 60 Min
Power vinyasa is Baptiste-style flow, in a heated studio space. Power vinyasa is a challenging, more athletic type of yoga flow. Connecting breath to movement, it is accessible to everyone, from beginner to advanced students. Temperature is between 80 and 90 degrees, and humidity is at 40%.
Yin Yoga
in yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.
Yoga Nidra in the Heat
Yoga Nidra is a guided "sleepy yoga" with a guided meditation, and healing heat at 85-95 degrees
